How it works

Three steps. Zero manual work.

Agents scan, authenticate, and check — every week. You get evidence, not vibes.

01
Connect once: Gmail + 1Password

We scan your inbox for subscription receipts, API signups, and billing emails — Redis, Supabase, Railway, Clerk, Neon, and 43 more. No manual entry. We find everything.

02
Agents log in and check usage

Agents authenticate behind the scenes via browser — pull API call counts, storage used, last active date, active seats. Usage data, not billing data. Real evidence.

03
Weekly digest: you approve

Get a weekly email: "Replicate: 0 inferences in 47 days. $180/mo. Kill it?" Each recommendation backed by real usage data. Cancel with confidence.

The problem

Not AWS. Not Vercel.
The long tail is killing you.

You track the big bills. The problem is the other 20 subscriptions: Prospeo, Replicate, Clerk, PhantomBuster, Clearbit — tools you signed up for one project, used once, and forgot. They're $20–$200/mo each. That's $4k/month in forgotten subscriptions nobody's watching.

The expensive ones are invisible. Nobody checks Railway's actual spend. Nobody checks if Prospeo's API is even being called. You have 50–100 subscriptions — nobody has full visibility. Until now.

Security-first

Session-based. No stored credentials.

Credentials never leave our system. We establish browser sessions, check usage, and close the session. Your platform logins are stored in an encrypted 1Password vault — the same standard used by your team. Agents authenticate behind the scenes. No plaintext passwords, no API key storage, no risk.

What operators are saying

Found $340/mo in subscriptions I forgot existed. The Prospeo and Railway stuff was just sitting there — zero API calls for months. Cancelled three things in the first digest and the ROI was immediate.

MK
Marcus K.
CTO · Series A SaaS, 28-person team

I have 68 subscriptions across personal projects and my agency. I literally could not tell you what I was paying for anymore. This is the first tool that just... surfaces the obvious stuff. The terminal-style digest is genuinely useful.

SR

The 1Password integration is what sold me. No stored passwords, no credential risk. Agent logs in, checks usage, logs out. That's exactly the model I want — no magic box with my credentials sitting in a database.

JL
James L.
Lead engineer · DevTools startup

Our team kept adding tools and nobody owned the subscription list. We had Clerk and Auth0 running simultaneously because nobody tracked which auth system we were actually using. Cover My SaaS surfaced that in week one.

FAQ

Common questions

We connect to your 1Password or Bitwarden vault using a secure session token. Your actual credentials never touch our servers — we establish a browser session, authenticate to each platform, check usage data, then close the session. Credentials are retrieved from the vault on-demand, used once, and never stored persistently.
We cover 43 platforms across Dev Infrastructure (Railway, Render, Supabase, Vercel, Neon, PlanetScale, Fly.io, Heroku, DigitalOcean, Replicate), Auth (Clerk, Auth0, Firebase, Okta), Data/Prospecting (Apollo, Prospeo, PhantomBuster, Clearbit, Mixpanel, Segment, RocketReach, Hunter), Automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, Pipedream), Collaboration (Slack, Notion, Figma, Jira, GitHub, Asana, Linear, Loom, Zoom, Airtable, Dropbox, Calendly, Canva, Intercom), and CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Close).
On the Pro plan, agents can execute cancellation flows on your behalf after you approve them. Each cancellation is a multi-step browser automation that navigates to the platform's settings, finds the cancellation flow, confirms the cancellation, and reports back. You always approve before any action is taken — we never cancel anything without your explicit sign-off.
Yes. Credentials are retrieved from your vault on-demand using session-based authentication — never stored in our database. Usage data is encrypted at rest. Browser sessions are established per-scan and closed immediately after. We never retain persistent access to your platform accounts. See our security model for the full technical breakdown.
The dashboard shows all tracked subscriptions with their last-active dates, inactivity warnings, and estimated costs. You can add subscriptions manually, connect your Gmail to auto-detect billing emails, or connect a 1Password vault to auto-populate credentials. The agents then check each platform weekly and surface the dead weight in your digest.
On Starter, agents check each platform once per week (every Monday morning). On Pro, agents check daily for up to 50+ platforms. Each check logs in via browser, reads the current usage metrics (API calls, active seats, storage, last login date), and updates your dashboard. Results are compared week-over-week to flag sudden drops or long-term inactivity.
Cancel anytime. Your subscription data, digest history, and tracked subscriptions remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, data is purged per our retention policy. We don't lock you in with long-term contracts or penalties — if the ROI isn't there, cancel and move on.

Stop overpaying.
Start optimizing.

Agents running. Receipts scanning. Nothing to click — until you approve a cancellation.
